" Dear Mom,

     May God's mercy be great, as you are swept away from your earthly bonds.

     You brought us strength, knowledge and joy with each moment you were with us.  With each passing day we miss hearing your voice, but know that you are finally at peace and whole again.  Your love has been the cornerstone for our family and that stone shall always remain in me.  Mom, you always listened when we spoke, steered us in the right direction and praised us when we arrived at the correct destination.  To you, family meant more than blood, it meant; loving one another when times were tough, listening to one another even when we don't feel like listening and rejoicing with each other when good things happen.

     I am PROUD to be your son!
